Absolutely terrible drop off. Not only were we given the wrong address to drop off so we had to drive up and down the road to try and find the location. They called days later saying the truck was never checked in. Then nearly a week after pick up they called again to say we didnt leave the keys. They had one camera only on the key box yet couldn't see that we dropped the keys off hours ahead of time. So then we got charged extra because we had to find the location on our own then charged again because they said it was the wrong location. They never answered their phone even tho we called multiple times to find the correct location so they charged extra because they weren't doing their job.

Making sure it’s clean good and have gas. When I got the U-Haul I had to call 3 numbers to access the lock to get the key out, it had dog fur all over the passenger side and no gas.
