Absolutely horrible location, had to call uhaul directly just to get my deposit back! Staff was rude and not helpful at all, didn’t even want to tell me why they deducted just over $30 from my deposit. Claimed their system was “down” and couldn’t give me my deposit, however gave the truck to the next customer. Will be contacting the regional manager of this location, thank goodness the uhaul rep stayed on the phone during this all as I actually felt unsafe being there!

TIFFANY TBetter lighting at night for evening drop off to ensure the inspection of unit can be seen properly. This was overcome however with a flashlight and an inspection of unit the following morning,
HUW JIt took 5 minutes to complete a drop off with the clerk at Petro Can. The gas in this location was also cheaper than anywhere else to top up U-Haul rental. Excellent.

RYAN WThe person who connected the trailer to my vehicle had no idea what he was doing. He put a hole in my bumper when attaching the trailer, and when I asked if there was insurance to deal with it he said it was my fault that it happened. I have a call into head office as a result and am waiting for a return call. Unbelievable experience.

CYNTHIA BTrailer was not well maintained the door was heavy to open, the lights not working properly. The attendant was misinformed and confrontational and refused to take ownership of the issues. Will not recommend to anyone this location.
MICHAEL SCondition of trailer wasn't totally clean, but it was an open style. But it performed well and staff performed their due diligence in both check in and return. check-in was easy and fast.

MATTHEW HThis location was fine. The problems we had prior were unacceptable. We basically had to threaten legal action to get the required and confirmed truck we requested. Emily assisted us but why should a customer have to go through the stress and frustration we went through.

GEORGE SWe were unsure of how much fuel we would need so we filled the truck with gas. The truck had only 1/8 of a tank of gas at pick up. When we returned the truck it was still 3/4 full of gas and they refused to reimburse us of over $130 of gas. Very unethical.

GRANT HThe location was amazing, the personel at the pickup location was fantastic. What I'm not impressed with is uhauls business model and poor business practices. I will be waiting for someone to contact me to find a resolution to our terrible uhaul experience. Again, this has NOTHING to do with pickup and drop off location. They were wonderful .

MICHAEL PI reserved my trailer 6 days prior to the day I needed it. My pickup location was changed the day before pick up from Maple Ridge which is 5 minutes from my home to Yarrow which is 1.5 hours from my home. The round trip to pick up the trailer took 3.5 hours and cost me $20 for fuel. I called and spoke with an agent and they made arrangements for me to pickup the trailer the day before I needed it which helped tremendously. The agent at the Yarrow location (Kelly), was very pleasant and helpful. His customer service was great!

Gordon KWe booked 3 weeks in advance and then a day before we were canceled. Nightmare as we needed for wedding set up. I had to find alternative as their "alternative" was 90 minutes away (one way)....NEVER recommend. Still awaiting 50 guarantee credit

Directed to put trailer in a spot where the front end of my truck sunk in the dirt and I was just barely able to extract it in time before damage occurred. Trailer had stuff in it when we picked it up. Had to wait for attendant as only had one staff member in a busy store and U-Haul seemed to ge last on the list of priorities.
Roland WShould mention that the gas station staff can help with drop off process. Would be easier. Customer care wasn’t aware of this.
