YOUR PERSONAL UHAUL CARD PAYMENT READER SHOWS A $80.00 DEPOSIT ON THIS TRAILER WHEN CARD FIRST READ. I QUESTIONED THE CLERK AND THEY SAID JUST IGNORE THAT. SO I DID, AND IT ENDED UP BEING PROPER TOTAL IN THE END, BUT WHY DO YOU PUT YOUR CUSTOMERS THROUGH THAT WHEN THE CLERK CANNOT CONTROL THAT?

the owners were amazing and friendly but the employee that had to fill out the necessary paper work was rude and most impatient that I wouldn't even want to get anything else from that store

It was a bit far to pick up the truck, however not as far to pick it up as I was quoted by the agent over the phone. I was able to book a truck by way of the app. However it did cost me 28 extra kms. Had there been a truck in my city of Chilliwack I would have not had to pay for the extra 28 kms. But I guess thats how you make your money on short rentals. Was an overall good experience.

Great UHaul representatives.

Uhaul needs to start test driving the trucks as they come back as after 100km/hr the 26ft truck had death wobble on the highway and the belt was slipping in the engine and had a hard time shifting after 4th gear. Clean inside, disgusting outside. Almost everytime I've had issues with the trucks or service and because you've already paid in full, uhaul has no interest in making things right by discounting you or anything they could care less on the American side and that's who can do something about it. Thanks but no thanks again uhaul.

we expected to pick up the truck at the location we booked it. However, when we arrived we were told we had to drive to Yarrow to get our truck. This information was texted to the landline which does not notify of texts, so we missed that. You need to do a better job of informing your customers. It would have been a simple matter of obtaining a cell number and texting to that. We were also told that we may receive a discount for the inconvenience and extra expense due to further travel but this did not happen. Please adjust our cost accordingly.

First statement to me by the clerk was " i hope you have an adapter for the lights cuz were out of the round type." I shouldnt have to explain why this is frustrating.

Went waay over on my miles. All but 1 friend and wife, bailed. Work called. Had to exchange trucks after the first day to find the large truck i rented didnt fit the driveway and i had to hand bomb my furniture 40ft uphill in the rain. Got a smaller truck. More trips but dryer. These guys made it happen

I originally reserved a 10ft truck but upgraded to a 15ft truck so that I could have 3 seats in it. I was misquoted by the Uhaul rep I spoke to on the phone - and it cost Quite a bit more than I had budgeted for as a result which I was NOT HAPPY about. They misquoted me and told me it was the same rate per km ($0.69) and it ended up being $0.99 per km. This cost approx $100 more than I had originally estimated. Yet there is no recourse and by that point it was too late for me to change back to my original reservation as I had now planned for the 3 seats etc. The location was OK but didn't explain anything and basically pointed to the paper and said where to sign and stuff but weren't overly helpful. This was by far my worst experience with Uhaul so far and before this I had only had positive experiences.

A U-haul employee called me at 9 pm on the day prior to my booking for a truck rental telling me not to come at 7 am to pick up my rented truck but to come and do that at 9 am instead. The reason that there’s no self pick up service at this u-haul location. That was really weird because I have an online account and your website explained that I can do a self pickup. I explained that 9 am it’s too late for me and I can’t change the hour because I’m on a tight schedule. Finally he told me that a Petro-Canada employee will help me in the morning. All this discussion was really weird.

Unorganized. Gave me wrong trailer number, it didn't exist in lot. Cost me more time. Made reservation 3 weeks in advance and uhaul called day before to say they wouldn't be able to honour our reservation. Not a good start. Had to get a trailer that was larger, cost more in gas, ferry fees, wear on car. Whole experience at location and with main office was a joke. Horrible customer service, very pushy from main office. Changed drop off location with less than 24 hrs notice, would not return our calls.

Not the fault of the location from my knowledge, but I reserved a truck, blankets etc. almost a month ago. The location had set aside my furniture blankets, and by the time I had gotten there (9AM), I was told "someone from Uhaul" had taken the blankets stating "they were needed elsewhere". Needless to say, I had to move with no blankets and now my furniture is scratched. I am not impressed and intend to call UHaul head office. Also, they keys were mixed up and they had to try all their keys. So whoever drops these off or manages flow for locations clearly doesn't know what they are doing. Lastly, the truck sounded horrible. It got the job done so not complaining there, but I certainly feel uncomfortable that something catastrophic will go wrong. there is something wrong with the transmission or the engine, but wondering if these trucks are maintained properly. Almost every truck I get has had something wrong with it .

This location had really good customer service and I cannot think of any improvments needed. However the other U-haul location on luckakuck in chilliwack needs to fire the cranky middle aged blonde bitch with the crazy attitude cause i walked out after she treated me like a peice of shit because i did not have the exact address of my new house i was moving to. I will never go back to the luckakuck location please do something about her.

My issue was not the pick up or drop off. It was with uhaul itself. I ordered a 20’ truck in chilliwack and the day before you tell me I have to pick it up in Mission. What is the point of having an online service if you can’t give the customer what it needs. And who ever served us on the phone didn’t offer any discount for having to go to Mission so we had to use the 17’ and whatever was available. The points of sale people are great when we had to pick up and drop it. They were delightful.
