My issue was not the pick up or drop off. It was with uhaul itself. I ordered a 20’ truck in chilliwack and the day before you tell me I have to pick it up in Mission. What is the point of having an online service if you can’t give the customer what it needs. And who ever served us on the phone didn’t offer any discount for having to go to Mission so we had to use the 17’ and whatever was available. The points of sale people are great when we had to pick up and drop it. They were delightful.

Truck wasn't clean and did not have any blankets.

Grounds was wet with large puddles. difficult to hook up trailer without getting wet feet.

"Check fuel cap" light on when we picked up vehicle. Staff noted that and recommended we take photos in case questioned at drop off. We did take the pictures, not required at drop off. Improvement would be no indicator lights on when picking up vehicle.

Just a gravel parking lot. Trailer went wherever.

The main issue is that the truck was initially given to us with approximately a third of a tank of gas. Uhhh.....okay. The problems with this odd policy are: 1) It's virtually impossible to return a vehicle with exactly the same amount of gas in the tank unless that amount was 'Full' to start with. You never know where the guage will end up at the end of your trip, which, if you're returning it to a state of "Full'', is easy. You just go fill it right back up just before returning it. 2) Even this strange, difficult to acheive goal of returning it with "...just over a third of a tank..." wouldn't matter IF you were reimbursed for any extra gas *above the original ''just over a third" amount. We had a number of litres over the original mark, yet when I inquired as to how the extra (for them) gas would be credited to me, I was told it wouldn't. Ahh......greeaaat :( But, if you return a truck with *less than the original amount, they are very quick to fill it back to the middle level and charge you *over the going rate for the privilege, yet can't even estimate a rough guess as to how much they could refund for extra gas in the tank upon return? A particular difficulty at this location is a language barrier. The man in charge is virtually impossible to understand, though he is, apparently, speaking english. This made everything even harder to understand than it needed to be. Some english pronunciation classes would be a good idea for those with such especially strong accents that they make themselves bafflingly incomprehensible. The entire system is borderline fraudulent and needs to be fixed---pronto.

The man who works at the location we picked up from should not be representing uhaul!! The man swore at me numerous times called me a stupid bitch and hung up on me and ignored my phone calls after that This man should loose his job and we should have not had to pay for the use of the items he neglected to supply us after we requested it!! I will NEVER use uhaul again and we typically use them every move

The covers seriously need cleaning. They have a very nasty smell . Just saying... Other then that, make sure when you request a location to pick up, that your not sent outa town & charged more...way wrong.

Truck was not clean in the cargo area and the cab was actually disgusting. Previous customer had left the remnants of their food (lettuce, chips etc.) and it smelled bad inside. I had to clean it out and ended up stopping to buy Lysol wipes so I could wipe down the interior to feel comfortable driving it. The return went smoothly but overall not happy with this experience.

U-Haul is the greyhound of truck rentals. No consideration for customer experience. Horrible.

There was a tablet and keys left in the Uhaul and they neglected to look inside the cab for anything left behind and rented it out to someone else which resulted in losing our stuff.

Nice people, very accommodating and helpful.

Nothing comes to mind. Pick up and drop off went without difficulty and agents helpful and courteous

I was sent to Yarrow to pick up the truck when you could have sent me to Sardis a lot closer for me at $.69 a klm. Catchy gig saying it is only $19.95 a day and having the total with mileage being $175.00

Great people. Easy to deal with. Very convenient.

It's just to far from chilliwack. 10 extra miles in each direction, added to the overall mileage. But the people and location it self were great!

Fantastic staff

The customer service was poor. They were very rude.

Seemed like they didn’t care, just park it over there on the gravel.

The franchisees are courteous, but NOT knowledgeable. The first vehicle (June 2018) was FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT, the protective blankets were FILTHY, UNFOLDED and had grass clippings all over them. The second vehicle was FILTHY INSIDE AND OUT. It took my wife and me about an hour on each of the two separate rentals, to clean the stinking vehicles...and YES they did stink from body odour.

When you request one place to drop off trailer and have to drive 55 minutes and 50 Kim out of your way.

Some actual customer service would have been nice. Pick up location were nice people, but the girl on the phone was very unhelpful when you guys screwed up my reservation. We will be contacting head office.

Upon returning vehicle I was blamed for mess that was already there. Was told to initial "cleanliness" box prior to obtaining keys. Dealer stated he had checked vehicle when the last person returned it which was likely not true. Otherwise it was a good overall experience.
