LONNIE OThe truck was very clean, but it drove terribly. The steering was extremely loose, I had to keep turning the wheel left and right just to stay straight. It felt unsafe to drive and definitely needs maintenance before being rented out again.

JAMES GThe only thing I can say is that when a person makes a reservation for a truck and specific equipment ie: handtruck/dolly do not rent it out to others. I reserved a 15’ truck and a dolly but never got the dolly at all. Had to go somewhere and actually buy one.

VIRGINIA GI have NEVER, no matter what location I rent from the windshield is dirty, it’s pretty basic. You expect customers to take care of your vehicle but the glare at night and in the day is dangerous, I have to factor in time to clean the windshield every time. I live in Montross , VA and have to pass three (3) U-Haul locations and drive 50 miles each way because you DONT offer a van in our “district “, so each time I pay for an unnecessary 100 miles, this policy needs to change not everyone can use a box truck.

MUHAMMAD I1 tiny improvement..... I requested a dolly. (Just in case) I was told they didn't have anymore once I arrived for the actual pick up. However, I was given the "heavy" duty large appliance dolly. It was way too heavy for a 65 yr old female to use. Other than that.... The whole team & the transaction itself was easy.
CHRISSANDRA SI left my wallet in the truck at the drop off and when I came back for it all my cash in the wallet was gone. I only got my credit cards but all my cash was removed.

TRACY LThe vehicle was exactly what I needed and ready for use. The staff at the location was friendly and helpful. I was not ever able to successfully use the app- screen would 'jump'/refresh and finally links timed out.
KEITH MThe location itself was fine. They were communicative and easy to nagivate through the mobile pick up. The equipment itself however was not adequately maintained leading to the trailer door coming off of its spool and having to remain open during the drive back to the location for drop off.
