Great service, excellent employees!
RICHARD KThe only downside is that it is a bit crowded - lots of trucks and trailers - which can present a challenge when pulling in and out. The counter to this is that they always have what I need.
SCOTT COverall the customer service was good. I do want to point out the excellent service we received from Angela she was soooo helpful and accommodating for my families needs. I also want to point out the excellent service we received from Jerry who personally called my husband and stated he went to another location to pick up the auto trailer that our family needed.

TRINA DNo reservation, last minute pickup and was very busy with people renting equipment the experience was the best. I have rented from this establishment before and the experience has not been the most friendly or expedient. Kudos to the team. Will different recommend them to others.

DOLLINA DDrop-off was as smooth as possible. Literally pulled into lot, gentlemen unhooked my trailer and sent me on my way. Perfect transaction. Oh, and the trailer was great - very straight and all lights worked. Was about as perfect a scenario as possible. I've rented from this place a few times and always satisfied, but this day was the best of all of them!

ROBERT MIf the truck is not going to be at the pickup location desired the customer should be informed of that upfront. i reserved truck several weeks in advance at a certain location for ease of pickup, then the day before was informed it would be at another location, had to make arrangements to be taken there at the last minute. however, the pickup and drop of were easy.

WALID NDrop off was a little confusing as to where to park and also sign about having to download an app to drop off or be charged an extra $20.
LISETTE FReplace or fix your locks. I was held up picking up my van because the locks are to worn out to work properly and so I had to pull the lock open woth my fingers to get my key.

John TThank you for a wonderful experience! The truck was ready, pulled up, and running when I got there with all the extras I requested. The vehicle itself (26’ truck) handled great with a nice turning radius and easy acceleration in tight spots. Drop off was super smooth. When there was a mix up with a charge, Regan answered the phone and politely changed it right away for me. U-Haul was the cheapest but also had great customer service and quality! I will always rent here at this location!
Amanda MUpon picking up the truck, I was informed that it had a full tank of gas, which was also indicated by the fuel gauge. For context, I drove a total of only 20 miles during my move, as I live nearby. However, when I refueled the truck before returning it, I had to add 4.8 gallons of fuel to reach a full tank. This suggests that the tank was not truly full at the time of pickup—rather, it had just enough fuel to register as full on the gauge. This represents a hidden fuel cost, as there is no way for customers to verify the actual fuel level at the outset. I should not have had to put more than a single gallon in the truck.
CHARLES SFrom the time of walking into the store to the time I was driving off in the UHAUL truck was less than 5 minutes. Returning the vehicle was even easier, an associate met me at the door, I handed him the keys and that was it. Very easy, quick, and efficient!
