When I picked up the car hauler at Batesville Arkansas it took over an hour to get the car hauler signed out and, on my way! I had a long trip ahead of me and being put an hour behind just picking up the car hauler was inconvenient to say the least. Even getting help from the staff at U-Haul took more time to get me out the door and traveling. The people at the Batesville location were friendly and nice but taking an hour to sign out the car hauler was crazy.

There was a governor on this vehicle which made it entirely unsafe for highway use. You should disclose that when you rent a vehicle… i went to pass a slow-moving vehicle and then got stuck in the left lane nearly causing a 20-car pile-up because the vehicle wouldn’t operate as designed and capped speed at 75. Fuck you! You almost killed me!
