I rented a truck for 2 days however was unable to use it due to a situation in my family erupting almost as soon as I picked the truck up. I explained my case to customer service and I’m glad I did. It was faster doing the self checkout, but taking pictures of the vehicle in app was painstakingly slow and non intuitive. Maybe it was just me. Cab of truck interior wasn’t filthy but hardly clean
