MARY CMy uhaul was a death trap waiting to happen. Shot brakes that didnt stop well. Front end wobbly and 6 inches of play in the steering wheel. Hard to keep straight in the road lanes. Smell of exhaust fumes in the cab. Location refused to leave the dolly and furniture carts in my vehicle even though I was charged for them. I had to spend 200$ last minute at home depot on these items to get my furniture moved. Truck guzzled gas at less than 8 miles to the gallon. Unable to drive over 50 miles per hour on the freeway the front end was so loose and out of alignment. Absolutely horrible.

Chris BPhoenix location was great but the corporate is terrible! I reserved a 26' more than a month in advance & a day before pickup was told that there were TWO 26' trucks being returned that evening. The Phoenix folks didn't tell me this, they called a 1-800 number into corporate & a scheduler told us that. The next day . . . no 26' trucks. I ended up taking a 20' which WASN'T large enough. Would use Phoenix again, not sure I'd use UHAUL again.
Tim MPlease when customers are the equipment if the customer is not able to rent or have a rental alert on their account please let them know this first before they go and try to rent equipment.. it was a huge inconvenience that because I was associated with some thing that my son did I could not rent the equipment.. I didn’t my move did not start until 7 at night.. please start informing people who weee used as a reference that they can’t rent from U-Haul until the bill is paid
DENAE WSurge brake had no oil. Tires were low on air pressure.
