Kevin KThe equipment I paid for was not there. I was charged for a furniture dolly which I did not select. I was told I would have to travel to a different location to maybe receive what I had paid for. I selected in the app that the equipment was not there, and I was still charged on the receipt. Even asking if the equipment was there is admission that this is a regular occurrence.
Stephen AVehicle smelled like cat pee in both the cabin and the box, then was charged for for extra miles I didn’t use after being told I would be reimbursed for the miles not used.

Frank SThe attendant was rude . The previous user left dirt and leaves .We had to sweep it before using it When we returned the truck he didn't go out and check took out keys and walked into a back room and left us standing.I wouldn't recommend using this location.

Jeffrey CPhones Plus was completely unprofessional in the process. The one man working there was overwhelmed with customers. I tried calling several times ahead of my pickup time and never got through to the store. One attempt led to a random woman answering flustered and frustrated. Then I get to the store and the man behind the counter is actively ignoring phone calls. So it didn’t matter if the phone number was right anyway. When he finally was able to talk to us, it was almost like he had assumed that we knew how the whole rental process worked so he didn’t explain much to us. He didn’t walk us to our vehicle or explain anything specific about the vehicle. He didn’t explain the return process or any details at all - just took our payment info, gave us the keys and the receipt and then he was on to the next customer to his establishment. Which by the way, the actual physical store smelled of a mysterious odor, had completely visibly clogged air vents and was poorly maintained. I am absolutely never renting a U-Haul from this place ever again. Even if it is the last one available in the county.
LISA OKeep up the GREAT work and professionalism. Thanks, this was the smoothest rental and return I ever had in over 17 years of rental of U-Haul trucks.
BARBARA FThe person at this location did not explain anything about the van I rented. He printed out my receipt and handed me the keys. He did not do a walk around or verify any information about the vehicle or anything. On our trip, I had a blow out due to some metal brackets hanging down above the driver's side back tire and it caused my trip to be delayed two hours traveling from Kentucky to Philadelphia.

Andrea JIt was a very large parking lot so I was able to park it with ease. There wasn't anyone able to help me at the drop of location only a handwritten sign telling me where the key drop box was located on the window of the business.
AMBER HOnly complaint for pick up location is I reserved a furniture dolly but it was not in the truck at pick up
Anissa GVehicle was muddy in cab and in back. Remote pickup wasn’t activated, so I had to wait until 11am to get the truck after I showed up at 8am (the time I reserved it for). Truck leaked, so our stuff got wet.

scott dSite was okay. All of the u-turns required to get gas and then into the parking lot added mileage to the bill. Bill was $20 higher than quoted. Hidden fees and extra mileage, although no detours were taken. Disappointed.

Arta HThere’s no sign, there’s no help on google, representative at the store didn’t answer the phone, no one at the pick up location knew what to do or where to go either. The entire experience was very frustrating and irritating.

jonathan fDidn’t feel right leaving equipment unattended. Someone could have taken it after we turned it in and it would have been on us. There was no lockup area, locks, cameras anything. I called to turn it in so I wouldn’t be held liable
William RAbsolutely the easiest transaction I've ever had renting a uhaul 6x12 trailer 5 stars and will only go here from now on. Highly recommend this location 👍

OMAR HFor the answer for equipment should have 2 answers. the inside of the trailer was not clean needed to be swept out, the outside was well maintained.

BRENDA FAgain, quick and easy process, In and out within 10 minutes. I gave the representative my reservation number, they said they would take care of it for me and close it out. Even picked up a new screen protector.
Jeffery BImprove signage and inform customers ahead of time that the location is actually a PHONE store. Despite that confusion, the sales person/clerk was very helpful and even managed to diminish my stress by cracking a joke. Thank you
Jenelle GMy first truck was not clean and needed serious repairs. A mechanic was dispatched to assist me. His name was if I remember correctly was Fred. He went above and beyond to assist me and to assure that I was put into a clean well operating Truck. His service and Professionalism made a difference in my decision of using uhaul for my next need of a truck.
mark sLocation was changed 24 hours before pickup. Didn't have the dolly or pads that I had reserved (was not charged for them but still annoying). Picking up a UHaul truck at a prepaid cell phone store is a bit odd.

Glenn PI was supposed to get my truck at 8, he failed to leave keys in lock box so I was unable to get until 11. I was told by UHaul I would get a 50.00 credit. I told him and he did not give it too me. I had hired movers for that day and had to cancel until following day. Movers at destination had to be called and rescheduled, they were on way when I was able to get them and I was charged $150.00 for their travel and had to reschedule for Monday which was 2 days later. This guy had no pads so I had to go to another UHaul location to get them. No way this guy should be allowed to rent trucks. His inefficient ways cost me at least $200.00

David HI was scheduled to pick my truck up at 10, because the location wouldn't be open it said I'd be doing an online pickup. When I got there at 10 and tried to do my pickup the site said I would have to wait for the business to open at 11am. When I came back at 11am the business still wasn't open and they didn't show up until about 11:20am. By time we waited for another rental before us and we got checked out it was about 11:40am. Thank goodness my movers were running a little late. It was a stressful situation to say the least and the man didn't even apologize for being late.
