Lost over an hour of time trying to figure out the key return No one was there No safe lock box Had to leave the key in the back of the vehicle which seems like a MASSIVE liability for uhaul This experience will probably lead me to never using uhaul again unless I’m compensated for my time lost Absolutely unacceptable Picture me perfect suite 435 should not be allowed to operate the way that they do and im sure this is a common issue with them

The address was misleading. The uhauls are tucked in the back this making it difficult to find
Naomi RThe information provided to get the keys to the truck was not accurate. After walking around for approximately 10 minutes, a security guard told us the key was in the U-Haul. After looking the cab was unlocked with no key. The keys were actually in the cargo area of the truck. Not a secure place. Then upon returning the truck the instructions were not clear to where to leave the keys, so I had no choice but to leave them where I got them. Feeling uncomfortable just leaving them in the truck unsecured I called customer support to let them know, but the agent seemed to not know what or how it was supposed to work Finally she said she would make note. Please provide more clear cut information for this location.
