On Tuesday, September 15, I ordered a Van for mobile pick up on Sunday, September 20 at 8am at the Voss Road location. When I went to check in to pick it up at 7:30am, I was directed to call a phone number. The person on the line told me mobile pick up was not available at that location. The person I spoke to was very helpful, however, the inconvenience of having to pick up 15' truck because the van was not available at a location that was 20 minutes further away made me incredibly late for a schedule appointment. I said I did not agree with the charge and expected a uhaul representative to call and discuss the issue with me. Instead you waited 2 days and then charged me the full amount.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDumb because had to be returned to same spot. U haul did not tell me this when moving my booking to this location so had to drive far from the place I moved to just to return and find a ride back. Not to mention I now needed extra time to return, which I was charged for as well. Truck died on me once, and mirror was loose which I had to fix myself.
