1. I was redirected to a different location than I chose during the reservation process, causing us to waste precious time. 2. The truck we reserved did not include the dolly or pads that we reserved. 3. Absolutely no one wanted to answer the customer service phone numbers provided, wasting even more of our time. 4. Truck rental is a HUMAN customer service type of service. Human interaction is incredibly important, as most customers are already stressed out about moving. We should not have to deal with missing equipment and the added frustration of having to use a stupid app to acquire the truck. BRING BACK HUMANS

Location was a random spot. I gave all NO responses only because it was after hours- so there was no personnel to speak with. And even though I dropped of Saturday evening (1 day rental) the business did not open till Tuesday to confirm my rental, so I was receiving multiple late return notifications. Again- had to call customer service in which they handled my reservation efficiently.
Erin DNo one present for in person U-Haul pickup at 9am during open hours. Had to call them and then U-Haul to modify my order for mobile pickup. Not all equipment was loaded into the truck. DO NOT USE
Steve WThe drop-off itself went smoothly, but finding this U-Haul location was unnecessarily frustrating. The front road signage is very poorly labeled and easy to miss, especially if you're unfamiliar with the area. I drove past the entrance more than once because there was little visibility or clear indication that the facility was there. Better street-facing signs and more prominent markings would make a huge difference. Once I finally found the location, the service was fine, but management should address the signage issue to improve the customer experience.

John LLeaky windshield, it was raining inside the cab! Almost an empty tank of gas and NO dolly rollers with the 4 wheels to move a very heavy couch. Backs are hurting because of it and had to go way out of our way to pick of up and drop it off! Not a good experience this time
