I’m extremely disappointed with your online service. I had made an appointment with the Riverside location and you changed the location to the Piggly Wiggly and unfortunately they do not carry furniture, blankets, furniture, dollies, or appliance dollies. The people there were very friendly, but I had to return to the Riverside location and wait an hour to get what I needed and they didn’t have the appliance dollies. Your online service sucks to say the least.

This location had the truck we needed but not the moving equipment (dolly and furniture cart). We originally had our truck reserved at another location in Danville, but they did not have the truck we needed. They were going to give us a bigger truck for more money, even though they called the day before to tell me that the 15 foot truck was not available and would give us a 20 foot for the same price. When we arrived, neither were there. I had to call the UHaul customer service for the location to be changed in order to get the truck we needed. It was a huge hassle and put us an hour behind schedule.
Jamie MThere wasn't any assistance with picking up the trailer. I wasn't told what size ball was needed or any pertinent information. He attempted to add insurance, even though I had opted out of the insurance.
ROSALIA CCustomer service was great. Plenty of parking. The truck could have been cleaner and there is a hole in the top front of the cargo compartment that should be fixed before the next rental as water will definitely come in.
Jackie JI picked the trailer 5 x 8 up on April 17 returned on April 18. They charge my card as if I returned it on April 20 at 10 PM that night. The charge should’ve been $24.95. My card was charged $109. Very upset.
