There wasn't any assistance with picking up the trailer. I wasn't told what size ball was needed or any pertinent information. He attempted to add insurance, even though I had opted out of the insurance.

Customer service was great. Plenty of parking. The truck could have been cleaner and there is a hole in the top front of the cargo compartment that should be fixed before the next rental as water will definitely come in.
Jackie JI picked the trailer 5 x 8 up on April 17 returned on April 18. They charge my card as if I returned it on April 20 at 10 PM that night. The charge should’ve been $24.95. My card was charged $109. Very upset.
