Same as with drop off as with pick up-Uhaul services and systems are horrible, no phone calls going through to drop off location to confirm they were open, long line to be attended to and then I was still charged an extra $65 due to "extra day" by Uhaul just for turning in 10 mins. late. Uhaul needs to have better customer service and rates too high, for single in-state trip for under less than 20 mile distance, charged $250 plus then the extra $65.
