The truck was perfect and had more than a enough power. Only problem was the people I rented the truck from. They were rude an tardy. I was scheduled to pick the truck up at 3:30 Was told that I could not pay in the store like I was told to do. Was asked to wait 30 mins for the store owner to arrive which ended up turnin into a hour an half later. Did not leave the rental location till almost 5:00 but luckily I was from that location.Quinn M.

Horrific experience. We are never going to use U-haul again. Traveled 30 min in a rush after work to get there by 7, which was our appointment thru the site. Manager could not get his tablet to work so he told us we would have to come the next day! Called Uhaul with the number he provided and took at least 20 minutes to get someone on the phone who, although extremely sympathetic, was not able to help. Had to travel back home and go back the next morning to get the trailer. Manager was apologetic. Would have been nice if he had made as much effort to get in touch with U-haul as we did! We were extremely inconvenienced. No one has yet offered to make any amends because of our pathetic experience. I will not be recommending U-haul in the future. Scott Womble 706 580-1994John W.

Refused to accept truck return after I had already completed the return using the mobile app. Told me I had to move the truck to a different location. Spent an hour on the phone with uhaul to resolve.Monika N.

Guy at the counter wanted my ID, needed to check me in, couldn't find me in the system, after I had already gone through the steps of getting my truck online. Then argued with me that the gas tank was full when the pic I sent y'all shows it was slightly less. And don't even get me started on calling uhaul while waiting on this guy to give me my keysamanda G.
