This is the second time I've rented from them and both times it has been a miserable experience. They don't listen to what you want or what you don't want and they'll charge you for stuff that you stated you don't want and then State well we will just refund your money and you can go somewhere else. Also when I dropped it off the place I dropped it off at in Mulberry found a wallet under the seat was not ours belong to someone else that rented the U-Haul which means they didn't clean it properly. No I would not recommend this place to anybody go somewhere else do not go to the one on 60 outside of Lake Wales
