The staff were great and very helpful. I was very impressed with the service. But the location itself seemed a bit small for the equipment we were returning. I had to park on the street as there is no signage for where to return the rentals. It's just a tight fit at this location.

Had to go in the shop to find someone to help me after standing at the counter for awhile. An employee even looked at me several times but never came to help so even say anything.

The people were kind, but we drove around the block bc they have NO sign up saying Pinnacle! It was very frustrating with the pick up and drop off!

I had to unhitch the trailer and place it back in the inventory myself. No one to handle that. That’s not my job.
