Worst U-Haul experience ever! It was a bait-and-switch situation. I requested a counter interaction, but after getting near the original pickup site was called and told i needed to go to another site. To make a long story short it was a site requiring the use of the U-Haul app - which i was not prepared for. To make matters worse the people at the pickup site were NO help. I have been a long-time user of U-Haul, but I think I'll look elsewhere the next time I need a truck.
