Too many issues to list, but the biggest was the lady I spoke with on the phone to change our pick up time reserved the wrong time for us (4:45 am instead of 4:45 pm). So picking it up was an ordeal and the lady was extremely rude because we were â€œlateâ€ even though we were there at exactly the time we said we would be. The truck was filthy. Looked like a landscaping crew had it before us. Had to sweep out the back two times before we could use it.Tyler M.

I don't think it was the location's fault, but I asked a customer service representative about a reservation for an 8' pickup, and GOT A RIDE across town to get dropped at the location, to pick up the vehicle for a job 50+ miles away. The REP said there was an 8' pickup available. When I got there, there was only a 10' box truck, which was completely unsuitable for the job. (And not at all what was reserved). Not happy at all, and it cost extra money for collision insurance. I got lucky to get the "per-mile" rate reduced to that of the pickup, which I had to negotiate. The fuel economy of a box truck is also far different from that of the pickup. This was a bad experience which cost more money. Please consider working out some sort of discount or voucher. A very small area to return a truck in. Glad no other returns were there. But the owner was VERY professional and friendly.Mary H.
The dealer at i-storage in Bradenton had us driving around because he doesn't ask for your reservation number to verify who he is talking to. Told us twice the truck was there for us but wasn't. Which he would of known if he asked for your reservation number. Incompetent on his part. Very disappointed with my uhaul experience.
