After we were told to drop the U-haul off and that we could do it during closing, we went to do so on Sunday. The location was gated and needed a code to get in. We were not told about this and were not given a code. Thankfully, a gentleman who works there saw us, offered to let us in and helped us with the drop-off, despite being off the clock. We thanked him and he told us it wasn't our fault, we were just told wrong. Very good service on his end, I really appreciated him.
