I will be contacting U-Haul head office regarding our safety concerns, lack of customer service and lack of empathy towards condition of vehicle. I will be asking for a refund or pursuing this.

They over charged me. I suppose to pay $ 23 CAD which I received from my email. But when I checked my bank, they deducted me $ 83.56. It’s so unbelievable.

Equipment was received dirty and the back door was not functioning correctly. The roller on the driver side of the bottom panel of the back door was broken. This made the door very difficult to open or close. At one point I couldn't close it at all, requiring me to stay with the vehicle to idle it for warmth. The cab was not clean with debris throughout. The cargo area was not clean with some sticky/stained spots, and debris throughout. The cab doors, on both sides, had to be forcefully closed for them to latch correctly The rented equipment was not ready for rental. I am extremely disappointed with the quality in which I received it. I will not be using this location again.

Make sure the truck is where you rent it from so the person renting it doesn’t have to pay for the extra k I needed it for a in town move but had to go to st Catharine’s then drive to welland do my move in welland then drive it back to st Catharine’s that’s not fair to the customer I think in my opinion that’s why you do it like that more money in your pockets witch isn’t fair to any customer if I wasn’t in a bind I would’ve never took the truck and 190 per click it adds up for anyone

I took photos for the mileage and gas before the U-Haul was used after after we were finished. I showed them to the attendant both times and the attendant in the morning at pickup said the gas was almost at half when it was just above a 1/4 tank. We drove it 4.6 miles exactly and the attendant argued with me that we had to fill it up to half. Then in the morning I was charged $114, when I came back to drop it off my actual total was $60 but I did not receive any money back from the difference of the actual cost to what I paid that morning. I would like that money back and I was very frustrated by the costumer service the one lady didn’t even know what she was doing which is probably why I did not receive any money back

From where you originally told me to pick the truck up. To where I finally picked a truck up. I lost over 40 minutes trying to get on the road. I was supposed to pick the truck up at York St., Saint Catherine’s. Wasn’t there they sent me to U-Haul on Welland Avenue. Wasn’t supposed to be there and they sent me over to fourth Avenue in Saint Catherine’s. I had people standing around waiting to load the truck and like I said I lost 40 minutes. She has me using U-Haul ever again or slim.

The guys at pioneer were clueless. Plus he entered my credit card info on a phone that stores all cards that are entered. The truck had to rev to over 4000 rpm just to get into second gear.

Train employees and fix printer. "Printer isn't working" is not an excuse to not give customers a contract.

I understand that this is a new Location. the first time I went was slow but still efficient, yesterday was very frustrating I was clear in communicating that I did NOT want it billed to the credit Card, However the person processing my interaction billed the credit card anyway ! He did not take guidance from the other employees trying to assist him. it took over 20 minutes for us to wait for him to finish and give is the Key. as you can see by my answer I will YES still recommend the Location because they should not suffer for 1 employee's Lack of communication.
