It took almost an hour to rent it, and an hour and a half to return it. The gas attendant/cashier had great difficulty accessing an internet connection and had to repeatedly call his manager. Furthermore, he was consistently stopping our transaction in order to attend to the endless stream of customers coming into the store to either pay for their gas or purchase something from the store

It took a little while, but I understand there’s committed to showing gas as well. Overall, they were very, very good. Both of people I deal with, plus I went in a very busy time of the day.
Curtis KI made the entire process in the app online correctly, and it took me around 15 min for the employee to actually provide the keys. He wanted me to do the whole process of registering my driver's license and information again. I had requested 12 moving blankets. The employee wanted to give me only 1. After showing my reservation, he agreed that I could take a bag with maybe 4-5 blankets. We had the same issue upon returning the van. I took all the pictures and the process needed to return. Again, the employee wanted me to do the whole process again with him. In addition to that, one of the tires was very low on air pressure. I wouldn't recommend this site.
MARIA RThe U-haul dealer in the convenience store obviously valued their customers over me. It took me 50 minutes to pick up the truck because the owner/staff constantly stopped to serve their "own“ customers. There was no paper work presented to me and no one explained how to operate the truck.
