The man who was in the Petro Canada was very rude. When I walked in with the reservation from the other location he didn’t seem to understand. He ate his lunch served other gas customers and counted money and I felt like he had better things to do than look after my business. While he ate he had mayonnaise on his face and still took huge bites. When he finally looked at the print out he said who is this for I don’t see a name where is it? Hw shoved the paper towards me, it was in bold print. He gave me the keys. I returned in an hour dreading his attitude. It took 45 minutes to clear things up where he had to call someone else to fix up the rental. After he spoke to to the lady and couldn’t rectify things quickly he shoved his phone towards me and you speak to her. I am a 77 year old lady who had rented vehicles both here and in the USA many times. This was completely unacceptable customer service. I have done sales and customer service in my work life. I wouldn’t have had a job if I had ever done one of the rude and disrespectful things this man did.

Cabin of truck was covered in dog hair
FARHEEN MThe only real issue was lack of available parking, but I’m not sure there is much that you could do about that.
Lee-Anne VIt took almost an hour to rent it, and an hour and a half to return it. The gas attendant/cashier had great difficulty accessing an internet connection and had to repeatedly call his manager. Furthermore, he was consistently stopping our transaction in order to attend to the endless stream of customers coming into the store to either pay for their gas or purchase something from the store
REBECCA BIt took a little while, but I understand there’s committed to showing gas as well. Overall, they were very, very good. Both of people I deal with, plus I went in a very busy time of the day.
