Personnel feel that there is absolutely no training by management. This needs to improve.

Warn or remind people to have the U-Haul app loaded before dropping off the truck. My phone RAN OUT of charge at the drop off. The staff at the drop off location charged my phone to 15% and I was able to do the drop off and have 3% remaining. BIG THANKS to the drop off location.

I have rented a dew trucks in the last few years from U Haul. Never had any problems with staff or equipment. I would however like to comment on the annoying means of doing an online booking. Adding the extras should be something customers choose to add not choose to remove as they are pre selected. Customers are asked the same questions multiple times. Just found it frustrating & time consuming in my opinion. The store clerk did mention several people make the same comments regarding the process.

I got screwed out of the correct size needed for my move. Had to hire two other trucks. Had to do 4 loads. My furniture got soaking wet while travelling in the rain. Spoke with costumer services and they were very poor at their job. Couldn’t help in anyway. The kiosks to pick up I haul the person did not know how to do her job. The manager was very inconsiderate and rude when speaking with uhaul. Over all terrible experience.

First thing is train the poor staff at the pickup location. It took 40 minutes to check out the truck. It was booked online the night before. Not the staffs fault. Clearly a training issue. Secondly, I had the truck for less than two hours. I drove it approximately 40km. I was charged $145.00 which seems a bit exorbitant considering your starting price of $29. If these numbers are legit then you need to be more up front about your pricing. Thirdly, I sent a communication to you regarding this and have heard nothing in return. Makes one think you don’t care about your customers.

Could not hand in truck to person. I had to go online to complete the rental. This made it more difficult then it needed to be. FIX your online website!

Truck needs maintenance/new tires. System was down when we went to pick up the uhaul. We were told to take 1 dolly and charged for 2.

Truck was not clean inside and less than a 1/4 tank of gas. Had issues getting the rental agreement from the store. Took more than 30 mins just to get my information confirmed.

I spent an hour at the location trying to rent a truck that I reserved online and the person was not trained or something I really don't know what the problem was and when I took the truck back and even got done early with the truck and sure enough took an hour to return the truck and I had to wait for them to figure it out so No Not Happy At all with this location I do not recommend this place to anyone it was at pioneer in thamesford Ontario I will not ever go back there when a customer comes in they put me off to the side and waited on them and I'm a customer to so again will never go there again and will never recommend it to anyone never I my experience with uhaul have I ever been treated this way and I have rented alot from uhaul over the years but now I'm having second thoughts about uhaul the person at that location even lied about the gas level when I took it back and I had to pay for more gas cuz she told them it wasn't at the same level and clearly from the pictures it was the same or very close to the same level so ya I'm not impressed by this at all thanks Chris Chilcott

The Lady’s at the store were l got the truck we’re very nice a easy to talk to as well.l would be glad to go there again and l will be sure to tell my friends to go there to rent a truck for sure. Thanks

This is the third 15' truck I have rented in the past two months. I was very displease having to pick up my rental 40 km's from where I requested picking it up.
