I was directed to a location very far from where I requested and still got billed for that . Also the the location manger could give any information about the booking . I requested a dollie on booking but this was not provided . I didn’t enjoy my experience with them and it’s my first time

When I picked the vehicle up there was less than half a tank of gas and I only drove for 9 miles and they charged me a $24 fill up fee. I would have filled up if I knew how much to fill given it wasn’t a half a tank when I took it.

brian hWhen I arrived to receive my rental, the employees acted like they don’t deal with anything and were reluctant to provide any help. I reserved my rental online and selected to pay at the counter but they were telling me they don’t do anything. They gave me the key and a phone number to call where someone helped me and I started my rental from there. The rental vehicle’s check engine light also came on during my rental.
