Very easy pickup and return! The only thing that I'd improve is the hand truck and blanket package being affixed to the inside of the truck. We were constantly moving things around it and fearful that we'd break the zip ties on products we weren't using and then have to pay for them.
Other than that, just great!

We rented a 10' truck a week in advance from Mummerts on-line and ended up having to go to Pittingers to pick up the truck which cost me more mileage money. I will say I would much rather deal with Pittingers than Mummerts.

I liked that the vehicle I rented already had the tow dolly and pads, just in case I found I needed one or both of them.
