The only thing was ... the pick up truck needed an oil change it stated when you turned the key. The people at the gas station were very kind and helpful regarding helping me with my uhaul rental. Thank you gas station employees!!!

I was asked to inspect the trailer for any damage. It seemed ok but when I tried to tow the front ratchet straps had been cut and we had to find another Uhaul location to put new straps on before we could tow. This was time consuming and frustrating!

Truck nice and new, 4000 miles, but not clean and needed air in tires. Very busy convenience store and one attendant took extra long time to process rental. Gas cap was not secure and amount shown on fuel gauge less than documented. Not corrected at time of rental and I was charged for difference after turning in truck next day at noon and no one at Dundee location to address fuel discrepancy. Processed return online and advised rep for U-Haul would call shortly. No call, I had to call after seeing charges on e-mailed final receipt.

Your owner the white guy pretty much asked me what time I was going to bring back the uhaul truck back when you move and you have things to move it might take all day so you need to thing about Rhodes things but to tell me you need the truck back at 6 because other customers need the truck was a lie because the whole store had trucks plenty of trucks on there lot that were just sitting there. Just because another customer didn’t return their truck doesn’t mean all other customers were going to do the same thing I felt like I was a criminal if you want to contact me in regards to the matter please feel free

The location is great and the customer service is amazing as for the company as a whole uhaul should think about getting vehicles that are more fuel efficient and should also give military discount since is a national company.

Rented the Uhaul online, signed up for online pick up at 8:00am, the store changed our time to 10:00am without a phone call, text email etc and that store apparently didn't offer online pick up. So I called Uhaul to switch to a different location because we were already in town to pick up our truck so the representative was suppose to send our reservation to the new location for pick up and never did so that store wouldn't allow us to pick up the truck. We had to cancel everything out and start all over at the 2nd location. Once we were finally completed with the registration and 4 calls to Uhaul we finally got our truck mind you its now 11:30am. We open the truck to check it and there was a homeless person living in it. Very aggravating experience on Uhaul and both store locations in Plant City, Fl.

This location was so sketchy looking. The guy who checks us in was on FaceTime with other people as he checked in the trailer. He barely spoke to us as he was very in tune with his phone conversation. I was very unease and couldn’t wait to leave. Additionally they didn’t close out my contract till the next couple days which made me wonder if they low key rented out the trailer to locals for a profit.

Previous renters padlock was locked on the truck at pickup. That cost me $60 to have cut off. The truck cab was dirty, looked like dried hot cocoa on the center console. The truck box was littered with debris. Overall, the truck used oil and gas far exceeding expectations. It was pumping black smoke out the exhaust. Disappointed in the quality of a one way rental truck and its performance on the road.

I had to put the trailer on my vehicle myself. I was charged a high rate for trailer, service should have been better. I had to connect trailer myself, pull it out front for them to hook up chains.

I was a little upset that a 12'truck rental for $30.00 a day is not 24 hours. I rented at noon on Saturday, they close at 11. We brought it back at noon Sunday. They changed me for 2 days. Mohamed was nice and good at multi-tasking . But I do not understand 12 hours being a day!

The truck smelled like smoke and looked nothing like the photos on the mobile login. This is also a gas station and convenience store as well as uhaul but staffed by ONE person. Staff was wearing a hat with marijuana print and was not articulate. Charged me $117 up front for what turned out be a $36 rental. Scanned my credit card unnecessarily after I had already put it in the app. A dump.

The location that I rented my Uhaul from is scamming people. I live in the same city and made a round trip, 27 miles, and they insisted on charging me for 187 miles!! WHAT?! Overall I paid a total of $249 (gas included) for a $19.99 truck for 4 hours. The man in front on me brought his Uhaul back a whole day early, but was refused credit. Absolutely no reimbursement. Full price. This is at the Sunoco on Jim Johnson pkway in Plant City. I’m very sure that I am not the only one. Matter the fact, I promise you.

Ther men that run the gas station were rude, trying to make us hurry and 50 miles or so down the road the chains were dragging the ground. We stopped at several uhaul centers in the middle of the day and they were closed though the website said OPEN. The place in Plant City should not be used by anyone. I had to make the man clean it out as it was full of trash and he was offended when I asked him to at least sweep it out. He tried to hurry us and would speak in another language to the other men and they would laugh and laugh. SO RUDE.

I have rented from this location many times. Always drove extra miles to use this location even though there is one closer to me. Reserved on line. When picking up associate told me on weekend can only be used for 6 hour period locally. So return to go elsewhere for longer period. So it was $ wasted for nothing. But that's ok lessen learned. Only went to location for loyalty. But no loyalty so I will be doing service at new location closer to my home.

Make sure the equipment I am renting is actually available at the location before pickup Day also the other U-Haul dealers need to be trained properly how to hook up the equipments on people’s cars this is dangerous !!!! The guy did a poor job of connections the auto transport to the truck ...chain rubbed halfway and would have eventually broken if the original U-Haul worker didn’t fix it

My problems are with U-Haul, not the agent through which I rented. Ipre checked in, but still apparently had to check in when I showed up. The app said I was good to using a 2 door jeep wrangler. But the agent said your system wouldn't let me tow with it because it was a soft top instead of a hard top. ????? IT'S THE SAME JEEP. THE TOP MAKES NO DIFFERENCE. So it magically became a hardtop and I towed your trailer down the road. Irritating, right?

I had a 9am reservation. I did the checkout on the website but the owner said he needed to still go over stuff and for me to sign documents. He was on his phone and there were no customers in the store. I had to go stand right in front of him to get his attention. He still didn't come from the register to the part of the counter where the uhaul computer is. Then a customer came in and he checked them out and still never helped me. I thought the whole point of doing the checkout on the website was to get me in and out with the truck. If he doesn't want to treat me like a customer then he shouldn't be apart of the uhaul company. Very bad experience.

The station had music blaring in the background and I could hardly hear anything the attendant was saying. He was the only one on duty and had to stop and keep going to the register to cash out customers while processing our rental. No problem with the actual rental, equipment was is good shape, but customer service sucked, but I blame that on management, not the attendant.
