Team was friendly, helped expedite my time waiting for equipment and even hooked it up for me and showed me how to manage the trailer if I had to disconnect.

First time all smooth since I went to the office to rent it but now I did it online and it was stressful because when picking up the truck I was unable to get the button to pick it up also when uploading the pictures the app was not recognizing that I took the picture and it was not uploading . I contacted customer support twice and did not received help.

James PMake it easier to adjust drop off location. Make it so drop off location can be changed not cancel the whole reservation and start all over again. Also, let them pick $40 insurance instead of making $70 the cheapest insurance.

ALFRED TNot the location, but U-Haul is too lazy to determine mobile pickup vs store pickup. I had to wait in line when I selected mobile pickup and the location opened at 9am, so by the time I got the truck at 9:20 that cut into my two hour reservation time. U-Haul made me call to check in so they should probably invest in correcting their online reservation process.

ROBERT AThe experience at this location was wonderful! I originally arranged my reservation here in person. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Office is open every day. Returning truck was super easy and once again the most pleasant and welcoming staff!!! Highly recommend!!!

VERNON EThe location was great! Very clean and friendly. However the U-Haul experience sucked. Again I made a reservation weeks out. The day before they change the location of pick up after the reservation already being confirmed. Then we arrive to new location and NO TRUCK. so then we have delay our plans and wait for now third location to open. Thank goodness Rentlok had their stuff together.
MOLLY PI was told to park the truck where I picked it up at. Someone parked where I couldn't pull up to that spot. Also the app was having some issue it wouldn't let me take the photo but i took photos on my phone if u need them.

DONALD MJust call me if there is any payment I am missing I noticed a charge for gas bringing my total to 153 I think and some change please contact me directly at 863-594-7218 from the plant city location so I can pay or if I need to come in the office in person I am having issues with my bank thank you guys!
kasey sIt's nothing U-Haul can do, the truck that I had clearly had been in an accident. It was dented, had been spray painted to cover up the damage and had multiple damages done to it. Although it ran, a lot of repairs needs to be done to the exterior of the truck.
Charlayne HStaff was outstanding and very helpful. If you need a U-Haul then this is your place to look.
