The gentleman running the operation is efficient, honest and prepared. I was welcomed in and everything was ready to go. Drop off was easy and complementary bottled was a bonus. Feels good to business with someone that knows how to operate a business. 5 star all the way!!

Mher SVery disappointing experience. I rented the truck for barely over an hour, drove only a few miles, and returned it well before the deadline, yet I was still charged nearly $60 when the original total was $90, including a fuel charge that did not make sense for such limited use. The truck also drove rough and did not feel properly maintained or safe. When I brought the issue to the representative’s attention, he tried to make it seem as though the truck’s condition was somehow my fault. The truck clearly needed servicing, including an oil change. That is the company’s responsibility, not the customer’s. I canceled my intended use and returned it quickly, but the final charges still felt inflated and unfair and I did dispute them. I would not recommend this location based on the condition of the vehicle and how the billing was handled. Don't use these satellite locations. They suck!

Isabella HThe staff were amazing, but the truck was the worst thing I’ve ever driven in and I don’t necessarily blame that on their staff because it was delivered there so whoever maintained the truck before it ended up at that location needs a psychology test
