How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location where I picked up the truck had great customer service. I give them 5 stars and recommend others to use them to pick up there. The issue I had was with the truck. The truck was clean however on the way to my destination once you hit speed of 45 the truck was pulling to the left and the right strongly. We already had the truck completely loaded and in a schedule that we didn’t have time to request another truck. So we had to travel that way which took us an additional hour to arrive at our destination. So as far as the equipment I give it 2 stars. I believe I should have gotten a discount when I returned the truck one day early and the delay the condition of the equipment made have.
