Christopher CThe representative arrived 20 minutes late to work, which pushed back my pickup time and negatively impacted my schedule. She apologized for being late, but it was still an inconvenience. However, her tardiness is not what made this experience completely intolerable. The truck I rented broke down while I was using it! The store’s rep told me to call roadside assistance, who informed me the truck would have to be towed. Upon returning to the location (I had to call for a ride since the truck stopped), the store’s rep told me the truck had overheated before & her supervisors told her to continue renting it!!! The store’s rep was very apologetic and reached out to superiors to see if she could reverse the transaction since I had been broken down on the side of the road for 1.5 hrs in their faulty equipment. The lady she called (I believe the name is Leslie) told her the transaction couldn’t be reversed since I used the truck and I would need to reach out to file a complaint once the truck was checked in upon being towed. That was fine. I had no problem resolving my issue with the store rep’s supervisor (Charles is the name, if I’m not mistaken). What’s not okay is I woke to see my account has been charged for the rental (expected & planned to follow up on), but there was an ADDITIONAL charge for DOUBLE the cost of the rental. This is absolutely unacceptable! I will NEVER use this store and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to patronize this business as well. This has been an unacceptable experience from the time I walked to the door at 10:00a to pickup my rental until now—the next day.
LaDonna TCommunication is terrible. I was assigned this rental location even though they didn't have the equipment I reserved. Once the receptionist realized this she attempted to remedy the situation. She tried calling a different location to see if they had it available. She never got past the automated service to speak to a human being. After about a hour of press one or everyone is busy. I was forced to leave due to time constraints. I don't know how to fix this problem but it was sad.

Ken PMy husband and I rented a truck for the day. We set our pickup time for 7:00am. When we arrived the truck was ready, but the app wasn't working for us to check-in. The gentleman on duty for the morning shift arrived 30 to 40 minutes prior to the office opening. After he walked in, my husband went to knock on the door to see if we could get assistance. By that point we had been on the phone for 35 minutes trying to get assistance from the corporate support team. The gentleman continued to ignore us until the office opened at 9am. I understand and respect the office was officially closed until 9am. However, the experience soured when the gentleman said to my husband, "I saw you out there, but I don't work for free." So rude and unnecessary. We had movers and logistic plan that were delayed due to an application issue. I won't be using this location in the future.

Terri HThe individual that I dealt with online input incorrect data on the vehicle that I rented an auto transport to pick up AND the vehicle I was pulling with. After driving to pick it up in 20 degree weather, the transport was 6” too short. Waste of a day and $60. I confirmed my true vehicles with the site but wasn’t flagged to stop. The site itself was very friendly and efficient.
