The store manger was an absolute pleasure to acquire our rental from. We will not use any other location but this one going forward!
Marsha TI had originally scheduled a Uhaul at a different location but then they didn’t have a trailer and notified the afternoon before pickup and gave me a different location to pick up trailer within 3 hours of the phone call. Then they didn’t have a furniture dolly nor did they have enough blankets for our furniture. They only had 3 blankets to give me. I was told I would get a credit for the blankets and for all the hassle. When I returned the trailer they kept asking for all the blankets and we told them the rental place in Southaven didn’t have them and I was supposed to get a credit. The drop off location in Karns , Tn showed that there was no credit on our account. So not exactly pleased with Uhaul …… very very expensive and then it was a hassle.
