While the price and equipment were fine and I have no issues with the rental portion, however, the location is hard to navigate, tight area etc., for navigating a trailer. In addition, the personnel are not very well trained, very nice but just not much assistance and not efficient. This location is primary a storage unit business and the uhaul is secondary, therefore the personnel are not very knowledgeable or helpful with the equipment. No assistance hooking up or uninstalling the equipment. Otherwise they provided a good trailer at a reasonable rate.

Wonderful location and she stood as we walked in and was so welcoming! Very great spirit! The return was just as easy and simple as they pick up. This location is less than a mile from our home and was just all around a great location to return to. As she was helping with our return another customer pulled in and she waved and was welcoming to them as they parked. The return took less than 5 minutes and I am pleased with out choice.
