The website was very slow, the app kept lagging and would not let us access to the code for the lock. We tried on 2 different phones and the same problems were happening. It took over 30 minutes to finally be able to get in the truck. I would suggest maybe having a free Wi-Fi for people to be able to use the the app/website properly without wasting time during their moving day.

Ghazi BI had ordered a dolly and blankets for the move. These items were not included; however i was billed for them even though i had taken a photo upon pick up to prove these items were not there. I called customer service and received a refund. Customer Service Agent was excellent.
Barbara HI asked for a 15’ cube truck, I needed a minimum of 14’ inside the box. I was told that it was a 15’, as I was loading it became apparent that the truck was too small forcing me to make a second trip causing issues for my client and wasting my time. I asked about this when I returned the truck and was told that it was a 15’, I guess my tape measure is broken because it clearly says 12’ when measuring the floor. I cannot have confidence in a company that blatantly lies to me as a marketing strategy. I will be going to the competition for future needs.

Francois DTrailer left tire has lost its treads and deflated on the road. Had to wait 4 hours for roadside assistance. This incident could have been avoided if the tires received regular maintenance. It caused an unnecessary risk on the road and could have damaged the vehicle and belongings in the trailer as well as causing serious delays on the trip.

STEPHANE GWe dropped off the truck the day before it was due, and then I received a call the next day saying that they hadn't received the truck and asking if I needed an extension. Thankfully I kept my receipt, or I would have been charged extra time.
marie sThe clerk was on his cellular when we arrived, and did not even look at us it took several minute before he answered us. The price was not as I was told on the phone...the difference was for the km but there was no mention of that on the phone. We will not recommand this place to any one

Adnane LFirst of all this my first time in my life when I booked the 15 pi truck throw my Uhaul application the total was 72.84 taxe included but I was taken the truck they charged me 124,07 !!! Secondly after booking that called me to inform me that I have to come pick up the truck Friday instead of Saturday and representative will be waiting for me at FridayDec 20 at 4.30 pm but they called me Friday morning telling me that nobody will be at Uhaul office (Vaudreuil Dorion)after 2.30 pm but I couldn’t be able pick up the truck before 4.30 as per my first booking so she told I need to come at 4.30 pm and use the app to pick up but when I came at time I used the app and followed the instructions but it didn’t work and I repeated again and again , so I called Uhaul for help but the girl representing Uhaul was not cool with me telling me : I couldn’t do anything for you ..after 1 our spending time to reach out some one from Uhaul or any help , finally I succeeded to scan my driving licence and follow instructions to find the key but the worst surprise I didn’t find the key inside the dark box ,it made me nervous a lot because it was so cold and me still outside with no assistance from Uhaul..at the end I went to the Point S garage (Vaudreuil Dorion) I found some guy and asked him about how to resolve my situation I booked a truck to move to new house with my family but I didn’t find the key ..I will call Uhaul to make a complaint
Hichem BThe truck was fuel empty, and it was very complicated to rent it. I don't have a credit card and i wasn't able to pay cash or debit.... I needed to call a friend to borrow his credit card! Money is money you need to accept other sources of income
