We ask for a aerly pick up 7:30 , we where waiting for the code to open the Little key box but never got it , we where lucky that the employé should up Earl y to give us the key, excellent service from that employée and took the Time to started earlier for us
Steven PStaff was pleasant and courteous, but I was charged for something I never got, even though it was mentioned both at pick up and drop off. On top of that. I called to say I'd be picking up the vehicle earlier and was told that it wasn't a problem, only to arrive there and no vehicle there. Not only that. I had to use the app to rent it. I will not be using them again. And will not recommend them to anyone.
