Make sure app work better, I lost 30 minutes in my reservation because I had to call for help and I reserved furniture pads and didn't receive them

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe customer service agent, Hannah was very helpful as she was able to ensure that I had the easiest pickup experience as she called me back to inform me that a van was available for me to use at this pick up point.
kaiser gThe service was excellent, and the price is reasonable. However, the vehicle's interior, including the driver's area, passenger area, and dashboard, was not clean. It smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and there was even a cigarette lodged in one of the heater vents. For this I'll give it average rating.
