Padlocks for truck Keys badly located on some boxes, to high up, and locks upside down makes it difficult to open.

Achraf NI ordered 2 sets of 12 moving blankets in February (for my rental in June). The person told me he only had 10 blankets (not even 1 full set). He said when it's a one way move, he does not get the blankets back. He told me to drive to another location (some 50 km away) to see if they might have some (did not offer to call to confirm). I was tight on time and did not have time to drive around to see if other locations had blankets. I also paid for a certain number of kms, so it would have cost me to drive to those locations.
