We rented the 10 ft truck to move our adult grandchild and their cat from Washington State to Vancouver Canada. As a person who tries to make sure all bases are covered, I had a million questions to know what extra things we would need to know. The manager was not familiar with the rules for border crossings. He did reach out to his supervisor for more clarification and even suggested I contacted the corporate office If I needed more information- which I did. The corporate office did a great job of explaining everything, which supported the information the district manager relayed to the office manager. Needless, to say, our trip to Canada went very smooth. Perhaps a file could be provided to each office manager with the information on 'What to prepare & expect when crossing an international border" This would of course means getting from The Canadian Border Security or at very minimum, provide the CBS phone number for more information and even their web site,

To care more about the safety of your clients and not send them out with old tires that can go flat on the highway and put their lives in risk. Be more responsible when renting out your equipment. When we dropped off the trailer the attendant at Smokey Point WA was extremely friendly helpful and accommodating.

MARK LHave rented from PNW RV location a couple times and they are AWESOME! Very helpful and thoughtful. If you have to choose between the Uhaul location in Stanwood or this one, use this one. Stanwood has zero customer service and treat you like they don't care if you ever come back to them or any Uhaul location.

He was very professional, and I completely trusted that they were a really great place to rent a U-Haul. No surprises on the final bill or fuel/mileage reporting. Plenty of safe parking spaces for me to leave my car. Will use them again if I need someplace in Arlington.
