Mark MI reserved at this location because they advertise “available and closest”. I requested to do a mobile pick up on the truck and the key to the uhaul was suppose to be in the compartment. You have to enter a code to get into the compartment. I entered the code and opened it up And there was no key. Take into consideration I already prepaid $640 for the truck. So I called uhaul and he got the store manager to come down(took her 30-45 minutes to get there) and she gave me the key quickly and left without verifying the order or making Sure I had moving blankets that I ordered. So we went to the back of the truck to check and there was a pad lock on the back of the truck and you couldn’t even open it. I called uhaul corporate to share my concerns and they said I would either need to take the truck back and go to a different dealer or get bolt cutters to cut the lock. So I had to go 25 minutes out of my way to get bolt cutters to cut the pad lock off of the back of the uhaul(this was after waiting 30 minutes for them to just give me the key to drive it). This place runs business very unprofessional. Honestly wish there was better things to say about them, but the poor organization and lack of professional costed them this review. The owner was suppose to call me Back about reimbursement for there being no pads when I rented them and the fact I had an added 2 hr delay on my day. Never heard anything back. Pick a uhaul up from somewhere else, this is not a reputable dealer.

Frank RNot locations fault, but main office hadn't communicated that I was picking up trailer. I was scheduled to pick up in Greenville, Uhaul called day before to say Greenville didn't have trailer, and to go to Pocahontas. Glad all worked out, but initial confusion was frustrating for all.
