Philip DProbably not the locations fault but I could not return trailer thru app, online, or anyway. Took 30 minutes to get live operator to help me do paperwork to return trailer. No one at location. Wasted an hour of travel time trying to figure out what went wrong

John KI think that if you return the truck early, you should get some of the fee refunded. Also, the mileage cost for around town is insanely expensive. My "19.95" a day wound up being 253.00 and I returned it 20 hours early.
