No proper directions on how to get there. Takes you to a locked storage unit gate. Turns out you have to take a completely different road and go all the way around just to get to the proper entrance
Hayden VThey didn’t have any record showing we were supposed to return the trailer to this location even though it was in our email. They did not help my wife getting the trailer disconnected. I have never had such poor service in all my experiences with Uhaul and I have rented from Uhaul a lot in the last 20!years.

Doug WI signed up for a one way truck. Picked it up and agree to dropped it off at Riverton address but after 20 minutes my dropped off location was changed to bluffdale address and still got charged for a one way

Jonaiker MCustomer service via the person on duty at this location was horrible. My contract indicates this person is Rebecca Atwood. Her attitude was despicable as we had a disagreement on the amount of gasoline that was required upon return of the vehicle. After taking photos of the gas gage and reporting her service to Uhaul it was clearly acknowledged by Uhaul that Ms. Atwood was absolutely in the wrong in trying to overcharge me for more gasoline. The additional fee was reversed and resolved by Uhaul corporate. Ms. Atwood could use some intensive customer service training or find another line of work. Very distasteful experience. Will never rent from this Uhaul location again.

Antonio TPickup and drop off was easy and convenient. I was told it had a “full” tank of gas and it needed to be returned full. I used it for 15 miles. Filling the tank again ended up being 10 gallons. I should have paid attention as the pump was running because it cost almost as much to top off the “full” tank as the rental. When I mentioned it when dropping off the truck the receptionist didn’t even acknowledge her mistake in sending me off with a “full” tank.

Joao Gasked for the 25-footer in the parking lot and the person behind the desk said everything is already reserved without even looking at his computer screen. went to the parking lot and hopped on the mobile site. and it said the 25-foot truck that we asked to use was free to reserve. put it the reservation through and went back to the person behind the desk and told him we just reserved it. he seemed surprised then shifted to acting professional.
Keenan MThe gentleman who assisted me at Point of the Mountain Storage was top-notch. He was friendly and helpful, and he went out of his way to ensure I was able to get a trailer for the day, even after discovering the one that was allocated for me had a damaged hitch. My overall experience with UHAUL, unrelated to this location, was subpar. I was given a pickup location (The Nut Graden in Bluffdale, which was confirmed via email and in the app) that doesn't even offer trailers. I showed up to a confused business owner who tried his best to help me. He called UHAUL to be told that I needed to download the app and enter my reservation number to find out where I was actually supposed to pick up my trailer. However, after doing exactly that, I was still being shown The Nut Garden in Bluffdale as my pick-up location. Only after trying for 30 minutes to get someone on the phone was I told that my pick-up location was somewhere 30 minutes away. I was finally provided a new location that was close by. I'm not sure why any of that process was necessary in the first place.

Gary HThis was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. I drove from California to Utah on Monday, April 13th. It was a 12-hour drive because freeways were closed for snow, so we had to take an alternate route. It was not the storage place's fault, either. It was after hours when I was trying to rent my U-Haul. I scheduled it for 6:30 P.M., and I did all the verification beforehand. I got there at 6:30 (AFTER HOURS) and was told I could not be verified and needed a human to assist me, which was impossible because it was after hours. Then it said my time got changed to 6:50, and I was in the process of getting my apartment keys, so I had to go back to get them because it was after hours for the apartment complex too. I was on hold for 45 minutes, then got told I would be able to go back at 7:30. I go back at 7:30, and the exact same thing happens. Pretty unbelievable and extremely annoyed at this point. We go back to my apartment because it is a close drive, so we unpack until the U-Haul is ready. 7:30 rolls around, and it said my time got delayed to 8:30 PM. So this is the fourth delay. What's the point of the app if it doesn't even work? So after 4 delays and a lot of going back and forth to and from my apartment trying to unpack, we finally got the U-Haul. I am demanding a refund for the extra miles I drove, since the U-Haul app and experience were the worst I have ever had with a company in my life! Rebecca, the front desk lady, was very helpful, thoughtful, and caring for my situation. She does not get paid enough to deal with angry people like me, and she handled it better than anyone could have. She listened to every part of what I had to say, was empathetic, and guided me to get in contact with the right people. DO NOT USE THE UHAUL APP OR REQUEST A UHAUL ONLINE! ONLY GO IN PERSON BECAUSE THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE AWFUL.

jay cVisor was broken inside the car. Engine struggled to accelerate. Location does not offer after hours drop off, hours are short and restrictive, and parking is limited. The truck did the job, but I'd go to a different location next time.
MATTHEW HThe rental location operates at specific hours. It's not possible to return equipment at other times, as is the case at all the rental locations where I've rented U-Haul equipment. In this case, you simply need to provide a code to open the gate. I arrived at the gate at 6 PM on August 3, 2026, and had to wait until 9:30 AM to return the equipment.
