Ciara UWhen i went to pick it up, i told the Associate that I would return the truck early Sunday morning. He informed me that they would not be at work and he showed me the Mail Box to drop the key. When i went tp drop the truck around 1 am on Sunday, I didn't even know that the Gas Station on site would not be open. I then had to Google for a Gas Station nearby to fill up the gas before dropping off the Truck. i have a Receipt from Esson on Crain Highway to prove this. i then returned the truck at about 1 am, I dropped off the key in the Mail Box. i got an E Mail dated 4/2/24, that i had the Vehicle for 6 days, instead of 3 Days { Frid , Sat & Sunday} I am shocked that the Location does not have a Camera to determine when Customers dropped off the Key. Thats unacceptable! To show you that the Associate is untrustworthy, a truck he met on site when he got to work was reported returned @ 2;22 pm to make me pay more. This Location cannot be recommended & never will i pick up a truck from them ever. As A Caterer, I rent your trucks, whenever i have a big job to do & have been your customer since 2018. This is the worst Location ever!
OMOBOLAJI DThank goodness I was even able to get the truck because they were about to close when I called to get a truck! The manager allowed me to come even though it was 5 minutes before they closed! Exceptional customer service and support!
Debra DFirst and foremost abide by a level of safety. The right mirror was busted and offered no rear view for montioring traffic or lane switch. The van was dirty and had no windshield wiper fluid to sweep and clean the window other than the that of what was removed with the sweep of the wiper. The interior of the van was not cleaned from the prior rental. If not for the location and the time crunch we were in to get loaded and to the location I beleive that I would of much rather used another van for further safety and cleanliness
Timothy WWhen I went to pick up the truck there was no manager to conduct the transaction. The teller had to call several people to get the transaction started. When I was given the keys to the truck I noticed the inside stad had residue from the last customer. Upon return of the truck the process for return was much easier.
Kenneth DEverything was seamless with the exception of understanding where to located the key. I also had a time trying to provide the starting mileage. Somehow I by passed it and was unable to enter, so I took a picture and sent it via chat, but never heard back from anyone. Overall I was pleased with U-Haul.

Latanya FHow do you handle the Transaction where the initial amount charge on the card is more than the final amount on receipt at the end of the trip. For example, a customer card is charged $100 and at the end of the trip, the final receipt is $80.
Dele AThe pick up truck completely dirty to use, it has many scratches and at the moment of picking the truck up it has two full trash bag in the bed. Looks like they use that truck as a personal use car. I wont recommend this location at all.

Daniel HThe equipment showed signs of wear and age. However the staff was the very best of the experience, they were extremely helpful and assisted me in setting the equipment up, I rented a trailer. And after a very eventful day at work, I was running late, I called and they stayed after closing to allow me to get the equipment. For this I am greatly appreciative and will use them the next time I'm in need of uhaul equipment.

MARILYN PThe wheel alignment was off on the truck. Location was a working gas station and convenience store, with the two personnel working all three responsibilities. No one was just dedicated to UHaul. Thus, their attentions were split as they serviced me. However, they accommodated my downsize request at the last minute, and I am grateful.
ANDREAC LIt was difficult to deal with rental. Location did not understand the contract and misled me almost costing me hundreds more in rental. Not an easy transaction.

CHRISTOPHER GWorst experience ever. I’ve rented hundreds of U-Haul trailers and have NEVER had an experience this bad. For starters, I had rented at this place 2 weeks ago and things went great. This time it literally was the worse experience ever. From my license to have ing a contact. But the worst part was after all the delays because they didn’t know what they were doing, I rented a trailer for 24 hours and ended up returning it after 5. They were too lazy to log it in, then told me I didn’t return the trailer until 2 days later. I returned it the same way they asked me to and then Said it was my fault that the trailer wasn’t back. I TOOK IT BACK 2 DAYS AGO!! Then I get the Bill, I’m double charged and they said it was my fault that I didn’t return it right. I returned it exactly how they told me, put it In The correct place even though they parked all the cars in the place they said to return it. I call to get a refund on my money they over charged and said they couldn’t do it. Then they said corporate had to do it and they would send and email and call me. Of course no response. I tried to call back and now they won’t talk to me. Worst experience ever. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul ever again due to this experience. And I really liked using your services. But this experience was bad. And I STILL don’t have my money back!!!
