Rental process was easy. Van was clean and almost new. The young man that helped me with the reservation/pickup/drop off was awesome and very respectful. Will rent here again.


Worst experience ever. I've rented hundreds of U-Haul trailers and have NEVER had an experience this bad. For starters, I had rented at this place 2 weeks ago and things went great. This time it literally was the worse experience ever. From my license to have ing a contact. But the worst part was after all the delays because they didn't know what they were doing, I rented a trailer for 24 hours and ended up returning it after 5. They were too lazy to log it in, then told me I didn't return the trailer until 2 days later. I returned it the same way they asked me to and then Said it was my fault that the trailer wasn't back. I TOOK IT BACK 2 DAYS AGO!! Then I get the Bill, I'm double charged and they said it was my fault that I didn't return it right. I returned it exactly how they told me, put it In The correct place even though they parked all the cars in the place they said to return it. I call to get a refund on my money they over charged and said they couldn't do it. Then they said corporate had to do it and they would send and email and call me. Of course no response. I tried to call back and now they won't talk to me. Worst experience ever. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul ever again due to this experience. And I really liked using your services. But this experience was bad. And I STILL don't have my money back!!!

Representative was rude and unprofessional during the pickup. Also, the Representative made a fuss about me making sure I returned the vehicle clean, but when I got in it was already dirty.

5 stars to BP Pointer Ridge. 1 star to U-Haul. Absolutely nothing wrong with the location. They were great, kind, and helpful--that is, nothing like my experience with U-Haul, Inc. Your IT system is atrociously disorganized and unfair to both your franchisees and customers. Not surprised to see you only collect feedback about the little guys and not yourselves; I rented a 15' truck and dolly, and your system, not to mention a representative from your company who assured me over the phone that this was going to work, sent me to a location that had none of what I needed; not only that, this location had no record of me, my order, or reservation, despite all of the documentation I received from your company via email and text and phone. I've used U-Haul my entire life--a lot of warm memories. But never again, or at least not until you get your business/brand figured out because my experience with you was nothing less than a complete cluster ****.

A two minute "What you need to know about the truck" before I drive *) Adjust mirrors *) Explain tow/haul light that is on by default After a bad rental experience from Ryder (More the dealer than the company) I am concerned that there will be some nonsense or extra fees when dropping off the truck. But no of this happened. I could not be happier with the smoothness of reservation, pickup and drop-off

Uhaul did not have a hinge when all uhaul truck should have hinges and as a result it was a big delay on top of uhaul scheduling me out a truck at a location that was no longer a uhaul service store


Business gave me a deadline to return vehicle because another customer had reservation. When I returned to the lot it was at least 5 other vehicles like the one I was driving. Secondly, the check out experience was horrible. The guy had to keep calling uhaul support for assistance. He even announced my cc number out loud over the phone while other customers were in the store. This didn't feel like a normal uhaul experience. After retuning the vehicle, I still haven't received a receipt on confirmation.


I was charged for the CDW coverage when i said i didn't want it.

This was the 4th location I was sent to by U-Haul since I made my reservation. Started in one area and ended up in a totally different one than the one I requested.

Did not have our reserved vehicle OR the tow trailer when we arrived. We needed up having to drive to another location to get the correct vehicle but were not able to tow our other personal vehicle so we had to have a friend drive us back to our origin then drive back to our new location at 1:30 am after moving all day. The truck was clean, reasonably priced, and worked great but the scheduling was atrocious. Made our day longer and more stressful than a moving day already is!

Clean the vehicles. There was quite a bit of dirt and leaves in the back of the van and I had to clean it myself. Otherwise it was a good experience

I feel bad I don't remember the guys name that helped me, but he made my experience 5 star! He was patient with my questions, he offered additional items I may have needed to make my move easy. He greeted me when I return asking did the truck service me ok and invite me back when I need to move again.

Advise customers to take pictures of truck cabin to alleviate any disputes concerning cleanup. I had the misfortune of having to sweep out a truck that I felt I returned as was delivered. It won't happen again.
