Arrived at 9:00. Person in charge not there. Truck blocking gate and keys were not at location. Blankets were not available per my reservation request. Head to switch from another location due to they did not do one way rentals (online reservation procedure did not mention). Person finally arrived. Checkout form expired and person said ok to leave without submitting damage on truck or other issues. I think that I’ll look at other options in the future if I need to rent a truck or trailer. Not a happy customer!
