Good day, My estimated charge was $109.35, on May 1st at 9:03 am, at the time I rented the van. I rented the van from customer representative, Mr. Kazar. I drove the van from Bowie to Waldorf and returned the van to the Pointer Ridge Bowie location around 3:30 pm, the SAME DAY, May 1st. However, there was a different customer representative who assisted me in the afternoon. Please check your security cameras to verify this statement. On May 2nd received email receipt for the rental showing charge of $268.54 for a two-day rental which is an OVERCHARGE of $160.00 for a one-day rental from Bowie to Waldorf Maryland. I also filled the tank but was charged for this as well. The miles on the receipt show 275 MILES. How can this be? When it's only about 60 MILES between Bowie and Waldorf roundtrip. This is VERY POOR customer service as I explained in my phone call to U-Haul on May 2nd. Again, I returned the van on MAY 1st NOT MAY 2nd. Request a refund of the overcharge amount of $160.00.
