The original cashier who helped me check out did her best but was not very well trained on using the system which costed me an extra hour of time and to be late to work. She had to call on the store owner to complete the transaction. Upon returning the truck, Wendy, the cashier verbally made a homophobic comment to the young lady out of uniform that she had behind the counter about my partner and I. Once I asked who the owner was and their name, she changed her tone. Over all U-Haul experience was fine however I would never recommend this place due to inexperienced staff and poor customer service by Wendy. I would also like to make a more formal complaint if possible and/or receive some type of compensation for this horrible experience.

Pick up locations need to be at your actual store not some run down gas station or crappy storage facility as well with employees that will help you if you need a hand and competent employees that know what there doing
