I rented a 15' truck and all they had was a 10' truck and they tried to tell me it was 15' truck. They did not have moving blankets or furniture dollies which I ordered during my online rental process. Next time I will use Penske!Mark R.

The van had a low pressure front tire that I had to add air too. It also had a warning light on about the air bag and the gas gauage said full o the app when it was only 7/8's at best but I couldn't do anything as the girl giving me the keys was worthless and only some clerk at some cellphone store. I was told to just sign the paper for the gas mileage and condition of the vehicle before being allowed to see anything. They said gas was a little above half and it was a little below half. Thus charging me $10 for two gallons when I returned it! Terrible location. Stupid website. Every time I tried to confirm my reservation the location and time was changed. This website is a joke. No drop box for keys even though online prompts said there wereâ€¦ had to wait 40 minutes on hold at the location just to speak to a rep. Who than told me to just leave the keys in the van and leave one door unlockedâ€¦ which I felt very uncomfortable doingâ€¦ this should not be happening and I will NEVER use uhaul again.Ryan S.

The woman was very nice but they did not have an adaptor for the electrical plug and so I had to leave without the lights and then drive to an auto parts store to get an adaptor.Pamela B.
1) Have the recorded starting mileage correct for the vehicle when it leaves the lot. We were charged for 60 miles we did not drive! 2) When we dropped the vehicle off after hours, there was a homeless camp just behind the dumpster next to the parking area. It was very uncomfortable to do virtual drop-off (with all the photos required, etc) while there are drunken men standing nearby or walking by. 3) Conflicting instructions on what to do with the vehicle when we dropped it off.Momoka M.

Well i never got the customer service like i should have gotten. I was the first person there at the time i ended up being nearly the last person to leave.
