Putting a hold on the credit card is a hassle. My bank holds it for 5 days then releases it. It really messes up my acct. when I'm low in funds.

the f-150 pickup ran really bad and i also recieved the uhaul with a screw in it which resulted in a flat that i had to change because uhaul took way too long to respond.

Well i never got the customer service like i should have gotten. I was the first person there at the time i ended up being nearly the last person to leave. I believe i have money coming back to me but no one answered the phone to tell me. It's just to much going on an trying to care for a new born baby at the same time.

Considering this is a busy intersection with a small office on the site of a gas station, it was surprisingly convenient. Manager was friendly, helpful, and got me in and out in the middle of a torrential storm. Very appreciative of the customer service.

Too expensive says it's 19.95 but the extra mileage it's ridiculously high priced for exactly 24 hours I payed 100 dollars in area it's ridiculous to me should be like other rentals unlimited miles in area
