I had rented a 15” uhaul in the grand falls area approximately 3 weeks ago. Not even 24 hours before my move uhaul called me to inform there was no uhaul available in the grand falls area and that the 15” truck must be returned to grand falls when I specifically said I was moving to Moncton and that was not feasible. They then stated that the closest 15” truck was in Miramichi, Which is a 2h30 drive from grand falls. They stated that if I wanted a larger truck the closest one available was in saint Quentin, which is an hour drive from Grand falls. They gave us a discount for needed to drive an hour to pick up the truck. However, given it was a larger truck the discount barely even covered the gas price. Very disappointed that we were told less then 24 hours that there was no truck available in our area and needed to drive an hour to pick up a different truck.

The trailer was dirty, left tail light wasn't working, the shutter wasn't in good condition. Overall I'm not satisfied with Uhaul having this to be maintained.
