When I signed up to rent the vehicle, I opted for the counter service to complete the transaction. When I arrived at the location, the service attendant refused to assist me and told me I had to get the UHaul app on my phone and complete the transaction that way. I was obviously not prepared to do that - did not have the information ready - had poor cell service etc. I spent an hour and had to call UHaul to get the transaction completed. All the while the service attendant refused to assist or talk to me.
