Brian MThe actual office sits in the middle of a horrifying junk yard, and attached to a hoarders house. The owner of the business was not prepared for my rental. It took 45 minutes to get the keys to the truck. So I wss 45 minutes late getting to my destination which ruined the whole day. Then, thank goodness I double checked the license plate and realized they gave me the wrong truck. They keep the trucks at 1/4 of a tank of gas so I has to fill up shortly after getting on the road. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessional and filthy behavior at a uhaul or any business. I am honestly beyond angry with this experience.

Tiffany QI reserved two months in advance yet the truck wasn't even at the location until the day after so we had to go elsewhere. She couldn't even find out until a day or two in advance. Caused a lot of stress as we had very specific timing. Seems like reserving was a waste of time.

Ulysses RThe ratchets for the tire straps on the tow dolly were worn and were popping loose going over bumps on the highway. Ratchets and straps need to be inspected for wear after every use.

Richard RThe location is not where I wanted to pick up the trailer when I had one just down the road from my house I had to drive 30 minutes or 40 minutes through mountains had trouble locating storage area because it was off the beaten path difficult place to find if you're not from that area that was my only issue but their service was great

mary bLiving in a small, foothill community, it's so great to have a local U-haul facility for our convenience. I used a 17" truck for a day to move our daughter, locally. The truck was ready, the job succeeded in one day, and was able to return it the next morning. MARVELOUS!!

Cody DI had to drive three hours round trip (168 miles) from the original location on my contract just to pick up a trailer. However if I had dropped off my rental at a location other than specified on the contract, then I would have had to pay DOUBLE the cost of a one way rental, not just the $100 stipend given me for my trouble.
Isaiah BTruck Gas Tank was less than half tank & tires were Not inspected Properly as the rear inside tire blew out on our way to our destination on the freeway with a loaded truck. Sat waiting in Lodi, CA 2 hours for Roadside assistance in 100 degree weather with Elderly Relatives in vehicle. Roadside assistance didn't show up before we took truck to tire center & had it replaced ourselves.
