Not sure what happened , but 2 days after retuning the truck i got an mail that said it had not been returned. This got me very worried snd upset. Spent over 30 mins on hold to find out ehat was going on, only to find out that it had been checked in as returned. That email caused a lit of worry and stress while waiting on hold. Then no explanation why thus happened. Was not happy sbout this situation!Jason P.

When I got to the location to pick up truck nobody was there who knew how to get me the key. Even though it was advertised as a self check in location. Had to call a number on the door and got nobody. Called again after 15 minutes and the lady said she would try to get somebody down there to get the key. Waited about 45 minutes and finally a guy that was there washing his car called her and went in and got the key. Delaying me for more than an hour. Ridiculous when I wasn't supposed to have to talk to anybody according to the website.Ronald W.

I had scheduled to pick up the equipment at 5:00, when I arrived at the site at 4:40 the office was closed and a note was on the door that said to call a number for assistance. I did and they said that it would be 30 minutes before they could get there. At 5:17 they finally showed up.Jason L.

I was billed an extra day. I returned my truck to the destination that was on my reservation and receipt. I was due to drop the truck off by 8/13 8:00AM. I dropped the truck off on 8/12. The destination on my reservation is Pop & Sons Address: 17035 US Hwy 11 N Vance, AL 35490. I called them and they said I was supposed to drop the truck off in a different city which is completely and utterly false. I dropped the vehicle off at the EXACT location on my contract.
