Not much to it. Just parked in back and told clerk up front that truck was dropped.
Doiglas SNot a problem with U-Haul - the dealer layout is not conducive to an uncomplicated transaction. The equipment is outside to the left of the store behind a wall. When you finally locate it, common sense tells you to park there. But the dealer has a large footprint and you have to walk all the way around to the front of the store to find the CSR then walk all the way back to the equipment. What a waste of time and energy.

Timoteo RIdk why but every single time I rent a truck it’s always almost empty …. I picked it up IN THE GAS STSTION… knowing I need to drive 150 miles and yet it was on barely 1/4 tank. Then trying to put back 1/4 tank of gas ? Impossible… third time I’ve rented uhaul ans there’s no gas in the truck. Absolutely Ridiculous!!!!
ANN FThis is a U-Haul problem: when I showed up to pick up my reserved truck I was told that my reservation got bumped from this location. I received no text, email, or app update that this happened. Additionally I reserved 2 furniture dolly’s and the store had none of them and neither did any U-Haul location in the area. When I called to find if there were any all I got told was “these are in high demand this time of year.” No shit, that’s why I reserved 2 of them but apparently u-haul doesn’t understand the purpose of a reservation.
Stephen GThat tongue weight is so jarring I keep wondering if something is wrong or if there’s a buffer we could add to the hitch. We have other short tongue trailers that don’t make the hard hits or rattle. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Bruce PNot easy to find as there are no signs to show the way to the drop off. Had to drive around the parking lot to find the vehicles parked behind the business. Just not clear enough direction for the average user.

David MThe AC was not working. When I brought the truck back they said they would deduct the insurance fee and reduce the milage to .99. They did not! That's why you got a one star. If you did what you said you were going to do to make up for no AC I would have given a 5 star. Very disappointed with the way you guys operate
Charles FThere was trash under the seat of the truck so better cleaning would be a suggestion. The self dispatch was a nightmare! Had it not been for the Shopper employee that came to the rescue I would have had a meltdown. He was a God send. I will be calling asking for reimbursement. Due to the awful website set up I had to pay movers at $200 per hour for half an hour of doing nothing and I was late getting out if my house. I showed up at 7:10-7:15 to pick up the truck 10 min. From my house and did not get back to my house with the truck until 8:30, movers were there on time at 8 and I had to start paying them at that time. We had to enter information into the website form over and over then chat with someone then get on the phone where they asked us again for all the info we just entered! It was incredibly frustrating and not the super simple process I was led to believe it was. The app wouldn’t work at all. It was very disappointing. I trusted UHaul and didn’t even shop around for a better deal because they were close by and I thought had a great reputation.
evelyn dEven though I spoke to 3 different associates BEFORE my pick up date, I was told "this location doesn't have you truck." After much stress of getting a truck which was way larger than my original order, it did NOT run smoothly, something is wrong with the engine, and the car jerks back and forth while driving, HORRIBLE for my 6hr drive!
Eduard DThe person at the drop off was rude no Custermer service at all . Dropped the truck off that same Saturday night. Call to check the next afternoon to make sure everything was fine. He said the gas. Was off 1/8 so I informed him they said to fill the gas back to where it was and I did so. He said the truck was fine and I had a few extra miles so when I asked how much was the difference he hung up. He was also rude to my son and daughter when they informed him they were leaving my car there . For me for when I dropped off the truck . Truck was rented for 24hrs only used for 12hrs. So it was dropped off very early. Because it was being after hours my car was being dropped off for exchange. Gentlemen was very rude to me and my family. I need to use your service one more time. I’ve been a storage room customer for well over 20yrs . Never had a dealing like this.

ALLEN EDrop off was simple, courteous and it was good to drop the trailer, ha.
John SI returned the equipment on Sunday around noon and they said it would be processed that day for a 2 day rental. It was processed the next morning and charged for the 3rd day

HANNAH PI was not happy with the cost of mileage. It was not mentioned that you pay $1/mile. So after already spending money on the U-Haul then seeing an additional charge having to be made for that was absolutely ridiculous. Be better at telling people the cost all upfront.
