The location was fine and convienent, the problem was the rental app that s suppose to be customer friendly. The app takes too long to load the different steps. The app slow and trying to contact a representative with and issue is ridiculous. The person on the phone at the time of the reservation set it up in a location that was close and no access to the lock box, then the second location there was another person waiting on the same vehilcle, and that situation to took long to retify. It took me two and one half hour to get a truck.
Lula Jparking is not the most accesible/easy to come by, but otherwise easy drop off

kyra kA reservation was created and confirmed for 7/12/2024 at 12:30 p.m. We were told that the system was not working. We were renting the vehicle to pick up some furniture by a designated time.. We waited until 2:30 p.m. After we called the customer service number, they said that the transaction could've been done manually. Due to the delayed rental, we didn't arrive until 4 p.m. We didn't arrive to our destination until 5:25 p.m. We had to leave the keys in the orange box. This is unacceptable and not what we expected from a well-known company. I am asking for a refund!!

ROBERT GThe u-haul truck wasn't ready. I waited 25 minutes for another van which was defective back doors, was severely damaged, and low tire pressure. I was charged a cleaning fee of $35 because their was dirt on the driver's side floor after. I swept out the debris from my boots but guy stated that I will be charge a fee unless I clean the mat. I should have to pay for anything because there is dirt on my boots. I should have left after he gave me the wrong keys to the second truck and had me walk a full block to find the right van. The worst experience I have had with uhaul. The outside of the vehicle was dirty as well as the inside of the vehicle (back of the truck). The owner of this uhaul has special and personal rule for their uhaul. Buyer be ware.

Giash HThe representative wasn’t present and had to go back three times . Later I was handed key by a 3rd party at 0935 while my booking was from 0900 for a dirty Van which windshield was covered by thick solid ice and no equipment to clean it. Fuel was low and had no direction what to do or how the fueling works as I was a first time uhaul customer. Worst experience ever and not worthwhile.
